【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheperformancerequirements,methodsoftestingandrequiredtestresultsofequipmentconformingtoperformancestandardsnotinferiortothoseadoptedbytheIMOinresolutionMSC.232(82).ThisstandardisbasedupontheperformancestandardsofIMOresolutionMSC.232(82),andisalsoassociatedwithIMOresolutionA.694(17)andIEC60945.Referenceismade,whereappropriate,toIMOresolutionMSC.232(82),andallsubclauseswhosewordingisidenticaltothatintheresolutionareprintedinitalics.InassociationwiththeaboveIMOresolutionMSC.232(82),aretheInternationalHydrographicOrganization(IHO)specialpublicationsS-32,S-52,S-57,S-61,S-63andS-64.Thisstandardhasincludedextractsfromtheabovepublicationswheretheyareapplicabletothisequipment.Wherereferenceismade,allsubclauseswhosewordingisidenticaltothatinthepublications,areprintedinitalics.(232/A2.1)TheseperformancestandardsshouldapplytoallECDISequipmentcarriedonallshipsasfollows:–dedicatedstandaloneworkstation.–amultifunctionworkstationaspartofanINS.(232/A2.2)TheseperformancestandardsapplytoECDISmodeofoperation,ECDISinRCDSmodeofoperationasspecifiedinAnnexGandECDISbackuparrangementsasspecifiedinAnnexF.(232/A2.3)Requirementsforstructureandformatofthechartdata,encryptionofchartdataaswellasthepresentationofchartdataarewithinthescopeofrelevantIHOstandards,includingthoselistedinthenormativereferences.Therequirementsofthisstandardarenotintendedtopreventtheuseofnewtechniquesinequipmentandsystems,providedthefacilitiesofferedarenotinferiortothosestated.
