【摘要】:ThispartofISO17078providesrequirementsforside-pocketmandrelsusedinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustry.ThispartofISO17078includesspecifying,selecting,designing,manufacturing,qualitycontrol,testing,andpreparationforshippingofside-pocketmandrels.ThispartofISO17078doesnotaddressnorincluderequirementsforendconnectionsbetweenthesidepocketmandrelsandthewellconduit.Theinstallationandretrievalofside-pocketmandrelsisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO17078.Additionally,thispartofISO17078doesnotincludespecificationsforcentresetmandrels,ormandrelsthatemployorsupporttubing-retrievableflowcontroldevices.ThispartofISO17078doesnotincludegas-liftoranyotherflow-controlvalvesordevices,latches,and/orassociatedwirelineequipmentthatcanorcannotbecoveredinotherISOspecifications.Theside-pocketmandrelstowhichthispartofISO17078refersareindependentdevicesthatcanacceptinstallationofflow-controlorotherdevicesdown-hole.

【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanPrestandardspecifiesatestmethodfordeterminingthecontributionmadebyappliedfireprotectionsystemstothefireresistanceofstructuralsteelmembers,whichcanbeusedasbeams,columnsortensionmembers.Theevaluationisdesignedtocoverarangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionmaterial,arangeofsteelsections,characterizedbytheirsectionfactors,arangeofdesigntemperaturesandarangeofvalidfireprotectionclassificationperiods.ThisEuropeanPrestandardappliestofireprotectionmaterialswherethegapbetweenthematerialandtheflangefacesofthesteelmemberislessthan5mminsize.Otherwise,thetestmethodsinENV13381-1orENV13381-2,asappropriate,apply.ThisEuropeanPrestandardcontainsthefiretestwhichspecifiesthetestswhichshouldbecarriedouttodeterminetheabilityofthefireprotectionsystemtoremaincoherentandfixedtothesteelwork,andtoprovidedataonthethermalcharacteristicsofthefireprotectionsystem,whenexposedtothestandardtemperature/timecurvespecifiedinEN1363-1.Inspecialcircumstances,wherespecifiedinnationalbuildingregulations,therecanbeaneedtosubjectreactiveprotectionmaterialtoasmoulderingcurve.ThetestforthisandthespecialcircumstancesforitsusearedescribedinannexA.ThefiretestmethodologymakesprovisionforthecollectionandpresentationofdatawhichcanbeusedasdirectinputtothecalculationoffireresistanceofsteelstructuralmembersinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninENV1993-1-2.ThisEuropeanPrestandardalsocontainstheassessmentwhichprescribeshowtheanalysisofthetestdatashouldbemadeandgivesguidanceontheproceduresbywhichinterpolationshouldbeundertaken.Theassessmentprocedureisusedtoestablish:a)onthebasisoftemperaturedataderivedfromtestingloadedandunloadedsections,acorrectionfactorandanypracticalconstraintsontheuseofthefireprotectionsystemunderfiretestconditions,(thephysicalperformance);b)onthebasisofthetemperaturedataderivedfromtestingshortsteelcolumnsections,thethermalpropertiesofthefireprotectionsystem,(thethermalperformance).Thelimitsofapplicabilityoftheresultsoftheassessmentarisingfromthefiretestaredefined,togetherwithpermitteddirectapplicationoftheresultstodifferentsteelsectionsandgradesandtodifferentfireprotectionsystemsandfixings.TheresultsofthetestandassessmentobtainedaccordingtothispartofENV13381aredirectlyapplicabletosteelsectionsof"I"and"H"crosssectionalshape.GuidanceisgiveninannexBontheapplicationofthedataobtainedfrom"I"and"H"steelsectionstoothersectionshapes.
