【摘要】:ThispartofISO10993providesgeneralrequirementsforthedesignoftestsinasimulatedenvironmentforidentifyingandquantifyingdegradationproductsfromfinishedpolymericmedicaldevicesreadyforclinicaluse.ThispartofISO10993describestwotestmethodstogeneratedegradationproducts,anaccelerateddegradationtestasascreeningmethodandareal-timedegradationtestinasimulatedenvironment.Formaterialsthatareintendedtopolymerizeinsitu,thesetorcuredpolymerisusedfortesting.Thedatageneratedareusedinthebiologicalevaluationofthepolymer.ThispartofISO10993considersonlynonresorbablepolymers.Similarbutappropriatelymodifiedproceduresmaybeapplicableforresorbablepolymers.ThispartofISO10993considersonlythosedegradationproductsgeneratedbyachemicalalterationofthefinishedpolymericdevice.Itisnotapplicabletodegradationofthedeviceinducedduringitsintendedusebymechanicalstress,wearorelectromagneticradiationorbiologicalfactorssuchasenzymes,otherproteinsandcellularactivity.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementswhichneedtobeobservedatdesign,calculation,manufacture,installation,maintenance,operation,examinationandtestingofmobile,temporaryinstalledtentsmorethan50m2groundarea.Fortentslessthan50m2groundarea,itisnotnecessarytoproducethetentbook(seeClause14)andtheproducerwillprovideadocumentationconcerningtheburningbehaviourofthefabricsandthestabilityofthestructure.Twotentscanbeconsideredastwotentsifthedistancebetweenthemismorethan5mexceptotherwiseagreed.Thesetentsareintendedtobeinstalledanddismountedrepeatedlywithoutlossofsubstance,temporarilyaswellasonshorttermorlong-termbasisatanyplaces,andmultiplepurposes.Asimplifiedcalculationfortentswithamaximumspaceof12mandamaximumcapacityof300peopleisallowedfortraditionalpoleandropetents.ThefieldofapplicationofthisEuropeanStandardcoversallkindoftemporarycoveredstructures.TentserectedforatemporaryperiodanddismantledforuseelsewhereinfairgroundsandamusementparksarecoveredbythisEuropeanStandard.ThecontentofthisEuropeanStandardcollectsthedifferentexistingnationalregulationsandguidelinesasfaraspossible.
