【摘要】:ThetestproceduresofthisReportareintendedforperiodicsteamturbinetests.Itmayalsobeusedfortheanalysisandsupervisionofrelativeperformancethroughoutthelifeoftheturbine.ItdoesnotsupplanttheCode(PTC6)asthebasicprocedureforturbineacceptancetestsandfortheaccuratetestingofsteamturbinestoobtainperformancelevelwithminimumuncertainty.ThisReportprovidesgeneralrecommendationsforinstrumentationandtestplanning.Theserecommendationsarebasedoncurrentindustrypracticefortheperiodicdeterminationofturbinecycleperformance.ThisReportdiscussesinterpretationoftestresultsandshowstypicalplotsoftestdataforanalysisofturbineperformance.Italsopresentstestproceduresforselectedtypesofturbinecycles.Eachoftheseprocedurescontainsspecificrecommendationsforinstrumentationandmethodfortestingaselectedturbinetype.Althoughallpossibleturbinetypesarenotcovered,sometypicalexamplesarepresented.Combinationsofthetypespresentedmaybeusedtocoverotherarrangements.Foreachrecommendedtestprocedure,theexpectedvalueofrepeatabilityisestimatedonthebasisofcurrentindustryexperience.Thisvalueofrepeatabilitymustbeusedtojudgethesignificanceoftheindicatedlevelofperformanceascomparedtothechronologicaltrendofpastperformances.
